Coordinate and manage personnel, material (garden, building, furniture, and fittings) and money
To develop and operationalize a workable business plan
Identify opportunities in the market and take advantage thereof
Manage the accounts of the business (records, payments, receipts etc.)
A good understanding of relevant regulatory authorities related to the business and ability to work with them (compliance)
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or related fields
At least 2 years experience in related position
Strong in marketing, customer sensitive and responsive
Proven competence in managing personnel, material (garden, building, furniture, and fittings) and money
Self-driven, entrepreneurial and ability to work without supervision
Proven leadership and management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Swahili
Ability to work constructively with a wide range of individuals and organizations
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Terms of contract: Negotiable
